Yes for Messenger. Connect a Facebook Page you administer. Instagram Business accounts can also be connected for DM automations and inbox in the same workspace.

Yes. In the flow builder you can add an AI Response node (uses your OpenAI API key on the server) and a Webhook node to send subscriber data to any external endpoint.
Yes. Every paid plan offers a free trial of 14 days or 1,000 messages (whichever comes first) with no credit card. There is also a Free forever plan with a smaller monthly message limit. Full details are on the Pricing page.
Outbound sends (automations, broadcasts, keyword replies, inbox replies, and AI responses) count toward your plan quota. When you reach the limit, new outbound messages are blocked until you upgrade or your billing period resets. Usage is shown on the Plan page in Settings.
Credentials and Page tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is workspace-scoped with role-based permissions. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle Meta data and owner support access.
You can sync existing Messenger subscribers so you do not start from zero. Import shared automation links when available, and rebuild flows in the visual builder. For high-volume migrations, email support@chatlyhq.com — we can advise on the best path.
Yes. Manage plan and above include client workspaces via the Clients page so you can invite clients, open their accounts, and keep work separated. Custom Unlimited is available via contact sales.
