Capabilities differ by channel

Chatly HQ only enables features each channel supports today. For example, WhatsApp focuses on text and keyword replies, while Telegram supports text, images, files, and buttons. Read each channel guide before you design flows.

  • Facebook Pages — manage pages used with messaging channels (not a standalone messaging channel).
  • Messenger — page-based messaging, flow automation, and keyword replies.
  • Instagram — professional account messaging with flow and keyword automation.
  • WhatsApp — text messaging and keyword replies.
  • Telegram — bot messaging with text, images, files, buttons, and keyword replies.
  • TikTok — account connection when available; messaging automation is not offered in Help as an available feature.

Connection status

Statuses such as Connected, Needs reconnect, Permission issue, or Disconnected describe health. Reconnect when permissions change or the connection expires. Never paste tokens or passwords into support tickets.
