Facebook Pages in Chatly HQ help you manage Pages that power related messaging channels. This section is not an independent messaging channel and does not send standalone Facebook messages.
Open Facebook PagesBefore you connect
- You need permission to manage the Facebook Page.
- Use the official sign-in flow shown in Chatly HQ.
- After linking, review Page status, then open Messenger when you need messaging.
Steps
- Open Channels → Facebook.
- Start connect and approve access in the provider sign-in window.
- Select the Page(s) for this workspace.
- Confirm status on the Facebook section, then continue to Messenger for inbox messaging when needed.
Reconnect and common issues
Use Reconnect if Page access changed or the connection shows a permission issue. If messaging fails, check Messenger connection health rather than treating Facebook Pages as a send channel.
