What you can do

Instagram supports messaging, flow automation, and keyword replies with text, images, video, audio, buttons, and quick replies when the account is connected and eligible.

Before you connect

• Use an Instagram professional account that qualifies for the connection flow.
• A linked Facebook Page may be required depending on the provider flow shown in the product.
• Connect only through the official OAuth path in Chatly HQ.

Connection outcomes you may see

• Connection canceled — you left the provider window before finishing; start connect again.
• Permissions needed — approve the requested access and retry.
• Unavailable temporarily — wait and try again; the service may be briefly unavailable.

Reconnect and safety

Use Reconnect when status shows a permission or connection issue. Never send Instagram passwords or access codes to support.
