You can connect a TikTok account when the connection flow is enabled for your workspace. Eligibility can depend on account type, region, and provider approval.

How to connect safely
- Open Channels → TikTok.
- Use only the official connect flow shown in the product.
- Do not enter your TikTok password or tokens into Chatly HQ forms outside that flow.
- If connect is unavailable, wait for eligibility — Help does not promise a launch date.
