Keyword replies and schedules
Create, schedule, pause, archive, and restore keyword replies safely.
Open in dashboardCreate a reply
- Open Keyword Replies.
- Choose a supported channel connection.
- Add the keyword trigger text.
- Write the reply text.
- Activate when you are ready for live matches.
Schedules
- Outside the schedule window, Chatly HQ does not send the automatic reply.
- The timezone you save is kept with the reply.
- When several replies match, the higher-priority reply wins.
Pause, archive, delete, restore
- Pause stops matching without deleting the reply.
- Archive hides the reply from everyday lists.
- Delete removes it from active use.
- Restore brings a deleted reply back paused — activate it manually before it can reply again.
