- Choose a supported channel.
- Write the text.
- Add media only when the channel supports it.
- Add buttons only when the channel supports them.
- Preview the message.
- Resolve unsupported-type warnings before publish.
- Save as draft while editing.
- Publish or activate only when requirements are complete.
Channel notes
- WhatsApp currently supports text and keyword replies only.
- Telegram supports text, images, files, and buttons as implemented in the product.
- You cannot build standalone Facebook messaging — use Messenger for page messaging.
- TikTok messaging is not available.
