Guide

Learn how ChatlyHQ works

A practical walkthrough of the product: how to connect Pages, run automations and broadcasts, set keyword replies, and use agency accounts.

Getting started

  1. Create an account with email, then start the free Pro trial, choose Free forever, or pick a paid plan.
  2. Open the dashboard and connect your Facebook Pages (Facebook Login is required for Page access).
  3. Confirm the Pages you want ChatlyHQ to message appear in your workspace.

Automations

Welcome flows and multi-step chains that run when someone messages your Page or hits a trigger you define.

  1. Go to Automation and create a new flow (or open an existing one).
  2. Build the path visually: messages, cards, delays, buttons, and tracked links.
  3. Select which Pages the automation applies to.
  4. Publish when ready — drafts do not send until you activate them.
  5. Use Share link if you want another ChatlyHQ account to import a copy as a draft.

Broadcasts

One-time or scheduled sends to people who already messaged your Page (within Meta messaging windows and your plan quota).

  1. Open Broadcasts and start a new broadcast.
  2. Choose the audience (Pages, tags, or filters your workspace supports).
  3. Compose the message in the builder, then schedule or send.
  4. Track delivery from the broadcast list and detail views.

Keywords

Instant replies when a subscriber sends a matching word or phrase.

  1. Open Keywords and add a new rule.
  2. Enter the trigger phrases and the reply content.
  3. Attach the rule to the right Pages.
  4. Save and keep the rule enabled so matching messages get an automatic response.

Inbox & contacts

See conversations and people who interacted with your connected Pages.

  1. Use Inbox to review recent Messenger threads handled through ChatlyHQ.
  2. Use Contacts to browse subscribers, apply tags, and prepare audiences for broadcasts.
  3. Keep Page connections healthy so new messages continue to sync.

Agency sub-accounts

Built for agencies that manage multiple clients without mixing audiences.

  1. As an agency owner, invite clients from Team (or your agency invite flow).
  2. Each client works in an isolated workspace and connects their own Facebook Pages.
  3. You keep ownership and preview access without sharing Page tokens across clients.

Settings & billing

  1. Set timezone and broadcast language under Settings so schedules and content match your market.
  2. Manage your plan from Pricing / Plan pages; quotas reset with your billing cycle.
