Cookies Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Cookies Policy explains how ChatlyHQ uses cookies and similar storage technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage used by the browser.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for:

  • Authentication — keeping you signed in to your ChatlyHQ account and workspace.
  • Security — CSRF protection, OAuth/login state, and abuse prevention.
  • Preferences — remembering basic UI or settings choices where applicable.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies for retargeting on the ChatlyHQ marketing site.

3. Essential cookies

Most cookies we set are essential to operate the product (login sessions and security). Without them, sign-in and dashboard features may not work reliably.

4. Third parties

When you pay with Stripe or connect Facebook, those providers may set their own cookies or storage under their policies. ChatlyHQ does not control third-party cookies on those services.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you may need to sign in again or lose access to parts of the app. You can also sign out of ChatlyHQ to end your session cookies.

6. Updates

We may update this Cookies Policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
