Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how paid plans, free trials, renewals, and message quotas work on ChatlyHQ. They supplement the Terms of Use. For personal data practices, see the Privacy Policy.
1. Plans and pricing
ChatlyHQ offers free trial access and paid subscription packages listed on the Pricing page. Features, message allowances, and prices may change; the plan you purchase is the one shown at checkout unless we notify you of a material change before renewal.
2. Free trial
When available, a free trial gives limited-time access with a stated message quota. Trial access ends when the trial period expires or the quota is exhausted. Continuing after a trial usually requires choosing a paid plan.
3. Billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period (typically monthly) through our payment processor (Stripe). Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for your plan. You are responsible for keeping payment details valid.
4. Message quotas
Each plan includes a monthly (or trial) message send allowance. Sends that exceed your allowance may be blocked until the next cycle or until you upgrade. Quotas apply to automation and broadcast deliveries processed through ChatlyHQ.
5. Agency and invited accounts
Agency owners may invite clients into sub-accounts. Access for invited clients follows the agency's plan and invite settings. The agency owner is responsible for seats, billing arrangements, and client usage under their account.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription so it does not renew at the end of the current period. Access typically continues until the paid period ends. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by ChatlyHQ in writing.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or limit access for failed payments, quota abuse, or violations of the Terms of Use or Meta Platform policies. Restoring access may require updating payment methods or resolving the underlying issue.
