Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your ChatlyHQ account and Facebook/Meta-related data associated with that account. For our full privacy practices, see the Privacy Policy.
What gets deleted
When we process a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize ChatlyHQ account data tied to you, including:
- Your ChatlyHQ user profile and login session data
- Facebook Login identifiers linked to your ChatlyHQ account
- Connected Facebook Page tokens and connection records for Pages you manage in ChatlyHQ
- Messenger operational data stored for those Pages (subscribers, conversations, and messages processed through ChatlyHQ), except where law requires limited retention
- Workspace configuration you created (automations, keywords, broadcasts, tags), when you are the account owner
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below with the email address on your ChatlyHQ account (preferred), or email support@chatlyhq.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include your ChatlyHQ account email and, if available, your Facebook user id or Page name so we can locate the correct records.
- Optionally revoke ChatlyHQ’s Facebook app access in your Facebook settings, and disconnect any Pages inside ChatlyHQ before or after you submit.
After we receive and verify your request, we process deletion and confirm by email when complete. Typical processing time is within 30 days.
